Service Description

In this FREE 10 min. consultation we will dive into the key struggles you are facing. You will catch a glimpse of Ashley's style of coaching and energy to find out if we are a match. This will also provide a base line of how many sessions will be needed to assist you in reaching your goal. At the conclusion of the call you will be provided with a number of sessions needed and will have the opportunity to schedule one or all sessions going forward. **This 10 min. consultation will be held via Phone or Zoom only**
